Mark’s background includes having been a former owner of a few businesses, who has successfully sold his company and successfully acquired another company. He spent 10 years in securities with a top investment bank and 15 years in real estate with International Developers. His formal education includes Harvard for negotiations and Wharton for Implementing Change.
Mark’s mission is to provide expert advice and explanations to business owners, which he did not receive from attorneys and accountants in his own acquisitions and sales. Mark seeks to help business owners understand their options within the process of transitioning ownership of a business.
