Personal Experience

Mark helps people buy businesses, sell businesses, and grow their business through acquisitions and consulting.

At age 22, Mark had his own construction company while still studying Finance at GA State University. He went on to become a stockbroker, bought a golf course, and twice built national companies to over 8 figures each, and sold it all to move to the beach. Once in Florida, Mark worked with large developers, attended Wharton’s course on Implementing Change, and studied negotiations at Harvard. Mark understands the challenges of selling a business; challenges for the new owner, the employees, and the former owner.
